Workforce Australia Information Sessions

The Boosting Local Care Workforce Program (BLCWP), in collaboration with the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations would like to extend an invitation to Care and Support Sector Providers and Stakeholders to attend the Workforce Australia – Attraction and Recruitment Supports Information Session.

BLCW Care Sector Regional Meet and Greet – Karratha Region

Building Resilience in the Care and Support Sector

This free event hosted by National Disability Services and Boosting the Local Care Workforce and delivered by Bounce Australia will provide leaders, managers, supervisors, and staff alike with a toolkit of resources that will see them supported during the challenging times that are inevitable in such a complex workplace.

The past two and half a years have taken a toll on the disability and aged care workforce risking retention of existing staff and placing pressures that have never been seen before across these sectors.

With Covid, Royal Commissions increasing compliance and fatigue the workforce has been pushed to the brink and needs a circuit breaker to restore the skills that make managing challenges possible.

We invite you to join us for an afternoon that will delve into practical skills to rebuild resilience for individuals and provide tools to deliver support beyond the event.
