Recruit and Retain Staff Using Existing Funding - POSTPONED
This forum will provide you with information on Job Trainer opportunities in the care and support sector. There will be plenty of time to ask questions, meet RTO’s and hear from other providers about their attraction and retention strategies that are working well.
HSSO Skills Development Subject Matter Specialist and Skills Tasmania will share information on current and upcoming projects to support workforce attraction and retention, including a new Workforce Portal, a How to Engage Tool, the Rapid Response Project and a new RPL Project. RTO’s will share information on their latest funded training places for your sector, with an informal meet and greet over morning tea to begin the process of co-designing training to meet your specific needs.
