Care Sector Recruitment Cafe

The Care Sector Recruitment CAFÉ is the first of a chain of boutique events delivered in collaboration between the BLCW Program, South Metropolitan TAFE, Jobs and Skills Centres in Western Australia to support employers in the Aged Care and Disability sectors as well as Job Seekers and Students connect in a sector specific information and recruitment event. These ongoing events will provide direct engagement and access to and between employers and prospective workforce in various locations across WA to promote the care sector and its current workforce opportunities.

Free Carer Information Forum
The BLCW Program is helping coordinate a free carer information forum. The information forum will teach you how to find out more about who is a carer, services available, how to navigate the NDIS and to hear about access to Centrelink allowances and employment, education and training opportunities. Please join to hear from key speakers; Mayor Stephens of the Port Pirie Regional Council, Helen Brown, Yvonne Cloke, Alan Zubrinich, Kim Gregory and Lee-Anne Bennett.
