Care and Support Sector Supports - Regional Workforce Advisory Group

The Regional Workforce Advisory Group will provide an ongoing platform to escalate identified challenges and gaps currently experienced within the region. This has the potential to provide solutions and strategies utilising existing strengths, partnerships and opportunities to maximise growth, regional participation and success in the delivery of services to the Care Sectors.

The BLCW Program in collaboration with Triangle of Change Remote Workforce Program delivery partners - Southern Cross Care (WA), Nirrumbuk Employment Services, Kullarri Regional Communities Indigenous Corporation, Kimberley Personnel and North Regional TAFE are facilitating community information sessions on current and available workforce opportunities with Care and Support Sector employers to community members, jobseekers and people returning work in Broome, WA.

Are you looking for the “right fit” workforce without the extensive hours of going through resumes which don’t meet your requirements? Join us at the care and support sector Boutique Job Café - a boutique style event that is focused on closing the gap between employers and job seekers in the sector. You’ll gain access to workforce entering the sector, those with current skills and qualifications, and those who show potential to join traineeship pathways.
