EY and BLCW Board Roundtable Series

EY and the Boosting the Local Care Workforce Program (BLCW) have designed a series of virtual roundtable sessions to bring together board members across the care and support sector.

The series enables board members to hear and discuss the latest industry insights from EY and other subject matter experts on current sector topics, and to provide board members with the opportunity to share ideas, issues and challenges.

Content and participants

The Board Roundtables are virtual 90-minute peer-to-peer discussions in small groups, facilitated by EY and subject matter experts on contemporary board related topics (e.g., Workforce, Technology, Risk, Finance). The Board Roundtables sessions have been tailored through co-design with members from the care and support sector.

The sessions are designed for board members from care and support sector organisations (i.e., disability support, veterans’ care and aged care). We encourage members from a range of organisations to participate and bring their voice to discussion so that directors can learn from each other and share ideas.
